(Oslo, Norway, September 17, 2018) Solon Eiendom ASA Board Member Tore Aksel Voldberg has today through his wholly owned company Skøien AS bought 15.000 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA at a price of NOK 29.16.
Following this transaction Tore Aksel Voldberg through Skøien AS holds 8 738 398 shares and through Dukat AS holds 3 686 602 for a total holding of 12 425 000 shares, equalling 21,982 % of the total share capital and votes of the Company.
