18 girls rescued from Bihar school reach Tripura

A group of 18 girls who were rescued by the Police from a and in have reached here, an said on Saturday.

According to the police, the girls, aged between 12 to 14 years, were sent to the school by their parents six months ago.

"The police last month rescued a large number of children including these 18 girls from the school after parents complained of mistreatment by a monk," the told the media.
