Cape Town - The Springboks pulled off a stunning 36-34 win against New Zealand in Wellington on Saturday against all odds.

It was a performance that was nothing short of heroic, with the Boks making an astounding 226 tackles in the match. 

The reaction of Pieter-Steph du Toit after the final whistle showed just how much it meant. 

The towering No 7, who put in 28 tackles himself, broke down in tears as the emotion of a famous win was just too much to take. 

The reaction on social media showed how massive the result was for all South African rugby fans, with critics, former players and even some stars from other sporting codes all acknowledging what will go down as one of the great Bok performances in history.
