CHENNAI: The Directorate of Indian Medicine & Homeopathy has extended the last date for submitting applications for admission into a three-year postgraduate course in yoga and
naturopathy at the Government Yoga and Naturopathy College here from September 21 to 25.
Application sales began on September 3, according to an official release.
The application forms can be downloaded from the state health directorate website (www.tnhealth.org). The filled in application forms should be submitted along with a crossed demand draft for Rs 3,000 on or before September 25.
Entrance exams to screen the applicants will be held on September 30 and counselling to fill the seats will take place on October 1.
Candidates with a regular bachelor of naturopathy and yogic sciences medical degree from TN Dr M G R Medical University or equivalent degree from other recognised universities are eligible to apply.
Besides this, they should have registered their names with the
Tamil Nadu Board of Indian Medicine, Chennai.
