RAJKOT: Three more persons tested positive for H1N1 seasonal flu virus in Rajkot’s government and private hospitals on Thursday. With this a total of 10 patients were under treatment for H1N1 virus in city hospitals. Two women aged 48 and 68 years, from Rajkot city, were admitted to private hospitals, while a 60-year-old man, from Veraval in Gir Somnath was brought to Rajkot civil hospital.
On Wednesday, a 27-year-old woman from Gir Somnath district died of seasonal H1N1 flu at civil hospital in Rajkot.
A report released by district health officer said that two persons — a 47-year-old woman and a 50-year-old man, who were suffering from seasonal flu were discharged from hospitals after treatment on Thursday.
