Vacheron Constantin’s FiftySix Tourbillon, a slim wristwatch with an unusual peripheral winding movement that’s now the most affordable tourbillon in the Vacheron Constantin catalogue with distinctive lugs. It’s cal. 2160 is a recently developed in-house movement which combines the brand’s signature Maltese cross tourbillon regulator with a peripheral winding mechanism. At 41mm diameter and 10.9mm high, it has more elegant proportions. The bridges are open-worked to reveal the winding mechanism, which is a Magic Lever type bidirectional set-up. It’s the same mechanism found in the cal. 3500, except there it was hidden behind the bridges. The movement is just 5.65mm high, making it one of the slimmest tourbillon movements on the market. And it still boasts an 80-hour power reserve or just over three days.
Longines Conquest V.H.P. GMT Flash Setting is based on quartz and made for travellers. It allows you to easily change time zones either manually, following watchmaking tradition, or by using the smart ‘Flash Setting’ system that sets the watch using flash pulses from a smartphone. This innovative function requires no external connection, such as Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
Calvin Klein’s Full Moon ladies watch. contrasts a pure, oversized case with a slender leather strap in white, black or pink attracts and holds attention. This design fuses the core elements of the brand DNA with a femininity that works with contemporary lifestyles. Reflecting its moon-inspired name are perfectly round silver and black dials with sun-brushed finishing. Its water resistant up to to 3 bar.
