"It is not known how many other people were inside the four wheel drive at the time," a spokeswoman said.Police and the dog squad are currently searching the area and the investigation into the incident is ongoing.

For snow-loving Melbourne supporters, the season's been quite a Dee-lemma

This year, for Demons fans, it's been the battle of the seasons.

The football club has won a final in its best season since 2006, and the snow has been dumping, with the best ski season at Victoria's resorts in a decade.

So it was encouraging that the Demons faithful last Friday swapped their chalets for the MCC members' stand to cheer their team to its first finals win since 2006.

But as their boys prepare to face Hawthorn on tonight, some fans have been unable to resist the pull of the mountain.
