Barber joins The Dorchester

She will be heading a brigade of 19 chefs and bakers in the new profile and will be creating afternoon tea within the world-renowned Promenade. She will also be perfecting pastries for wedding , parties and events.

 

 

She took inspiration from her grandfather, a professional chef and was exposed to traditional British sweet treats since childhood.

 

 

She believes in the motto not to choose style over substance and her signature dishes are fig and mascarpone mousse,and the Snickers Bar.

 

 

She was excited to join one of the world’s greatest hotels, deeply steeped in history widely renowned for creating the best British afternoon tea in London.

 

 

She is majorly inspired by the iconic surroundings of the hotel.
