A food festival which has curated American barbeque and grill favourites started here Friday.
The festival 'BBQ Americano' is a part of the same series of food fests being put up by us, Vivek Khanna, GM of ITC groups of Hotels said here.
"We have tried to put up an original American food menu. Live barbeques and grills will be used to prepare traditional American recipes, that have been selected across food genres like appetizers, American street food, seafood, Rotisserie (roasted/barbequed) dishes," said Chef Akshay Malhotra, Executive Chef, ITC Hotels Group.
The festival will conclude on September 23.
