The Narendra Modi Vichar Manch claims to be an apolitical organization formed with the objective of doing social service.
The 30ft X 30ft art work will be put up at the Chaupati in Porbandar with permission from municipality on Sunday.
Porbandar district president of the organization Kirit Rajpara said, “We wanted to do something unique on PM’s birthday. We came upon the idea a few days ago.” The members have also approached various record-keeping organizations like the India Book of Records, Limca Book of Records to showcase their bubble wrap art feat.
Jayesh Hingrajia, is single-handedly making the art work. “I have completed the basic painting in 31 hours and used only black ink. I have used 67 5 gm ink in marker pen and I am giving the final touch to the art work.” He said that the bubble wrap was collected from traders who had discarded it as waste.
