The Kerala High Court has deferred the hearing of Kerala nun rape case to September 24. C Rajenderan, lawyer for petitioner who sought CBI probe told ANI, “The court said that now the investigation is rigorously proceeding. They need some more time to collect more evidences. The police have asked the accused to appear before the court on 19th September.
