US Navy ships leave Norfolk ahead of Florence
Source: APWith Hurricane Florence barreling to the US East Coast, the commander of US Fleet Forces Command ordered all US Navy ships to leave the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. Nearly 30 ships are on their way out to sea from Naval Station Norfolk and Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek. Ships will be directed to areas of the Atlantic to avoid the approaching storm.
