The Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd. (TSIIC) has become one of the first agencies to implement an E-office for paperless file management system. This follows Industries Secretary Jayesh Ranjan inaugurating the facility at TSIIC on Monday that replaces the physical paper files with an electronic file system.
An official release said the implementation of E-office in the TSIIC paves way for reducing the turnaround time and providing effective resource management to improve the quality of administration.
It ensured better security because of digital signature certificate and encryption while moving data from one user to another. E-office facilitates generation of management information system (MIS) report, which enables officials to review the daily activities, the release said.
TSIIC Vice-Chairman and Managing Director E. Venkat Narsimha Reddy and OSD to the Industries Department and Director MSME Vatsala Mishra were present during the inauguration programme.
The e-office project is implemented by the MIS wing of the TSIIC consisting of Suraj Kumar Kotla, Manager (MIS) of the Corporation and Vishnu Vardhan in association with the ITE & C Department team comprising P. Srinivas, Joint Secretary (E-Governance), Rushitha, Project Manager (E-Governance) and Mounika Project Engineer, the release added.
