Supermarket Iceland is offering every NHS and emergency services worker free pizza and icecream.

Every one of the North Wales-based frozen food giant's stores in the UK is taking part in the special promotion, and as long as shoppers have an NHS bonus card, they can claim their freebies.

Alongside their usual shopping receipt, they'll get two bonus ones, with each one giving a free Iceland pizza and a free Iceland ice-cream, each worth £1 each, as long as they've swiped your NHS bonus card.

The offer was originally spotted by happy customer Rosie Hunt, who shared the generous freebie on money-saving Facebook group Bargain Buys For Busy Mums.

New Iceland concept store

Customers get two till printed coupons between the 9th – 15th September when they swipe their Emergency Service Bonus card at the till, so they'll need to be quick if they want the free pizza and ice-cream.. The same coupons can then be redeemed between the 9th – 22nd September, the Mirror reports .

The Iceland bonus card is different to the usual NHS services discount card, and you can get one for free by visiting the Iceland website.
