Maratha Light Infantry Regiment successfully climbs Mt Kun summit
Source: ANIA team of Maratha Light Infantry Regiment successfully climbed the summit of tough Mt Kun summit to commemorate 250 years of its glorious raising. Mt Kun’s summit stands at a staggering altitude of 7077 meter. It is known as a pre-cursor before attempting Mt Everest expedition. The exhibition was flagged off in Pune on July 17 by GOC-IN-C Lieutenant General DR Soni. Lt Gen PJS Pannu felt proud of the team for this achievement. The team was led by Lt Col Yogesh Dhumal.
