On 10 September 2018, the Audit Committee of UAB EPSO-G stated that the key conditions of a lending and borrowing transaction to be concluded between UAB EPSO-G and LITGRID AB concerning the use of Cashpool service by UAB EPSO-G company group are in compliance with market conditions as well as fair and reasonable with respect to the shareholders of LITGRID AB.
The opinion of the Audit Committee of UAB EPSO-G is enclosed.
The issue of conclusion of an agreement with UAB EPSO-G is scheduled for consideration by the Board of LITGRID AB on 17 September 2018.
