1998 Coimbatore Blasts: Man "Hiding Abroad" Arrested After 20 Years
NP Noohu, who also goes by the name Mankavu Rasheed was arrested from Kozhikode in Kerala on Monday by a Special Investigation Division of the Tamil Nadu Police, an official release said today.
