AS LHV Group informs that as a result of the increase of share capital in connection with the realisation of the staff options programme as of 10 July 2018:
- the shareholding of Rain Lõhmus and the persons related to him has been reduced below 25% and is now 6,478,005 shares, which represent 24.90% of votes represented by the aggregated shares of AS LHV Group.
