Iceland Seafood International hf: Shareholders of ISI approve to grant the Board authorization to issue shares in relation to the acquisition of Solo Seafood

Iceland Seafood International hf is pleased to announce that the Shareholders Meeting of the company held today approved all board resolutions as they were published on 21 August 2018, including the decision to grant the Board authorization to increase the Company's share capital in relation to the acquisition of Solo Seafood ehf.  Please see attached minutes from the Meeting for further details.
