On the side-lines of TTF Ahmedabad, director tourism, Kashmir, Tassaduq Jeelani had an all-embracing communication with Gujarat media fraternity and organized meetings with famous tour operators of the state wherein he emphasized the potential of Jammu and Kashmir tourism.
Tassaduq briefed to the participants in terms of diversity in tourism infrastructure of the state, starting from pilgrim tourism for devotees going to Vaishno Devi and Amarnath to adventure tourism like trekking, white water rafting, snow skiing, mountaineering, paragliding in addition to the leisure tourism.
Also, he invited the national media to come to Kashmir and experience the upcoming Kashmir Festival (Kashmir Paryattan Utsav) in October. He guaranteed everyone that J&K is a pretty safe destination for travelers keeping in mind the zero-crime rate against tourists and described J&K as the safest destination for women in the world.
