Chronicle Reporter, Bhopal, Chief Secretary Basant Pratap Singh today reviewed the status of settlement of revenue cases and the implementation of Sambal Yojana in the districts under Sagar division through video conference.
Among those who took part in the conference include Divisional Commissioner, District Collectors and Sub-departmental officer of Sagar, Chhatarpur, Damoh, Panna and Tikamgarh.
The Chief Secretary gave instructions to conduct micro analysis of registrations under the Sambal Yojana in every district. He said that the registration should be regularly monitored and it should be ensured that only those eligible under the Yojana are included under the registration process.
Urban body and gram panchayat wise review of the Yojana was undertaken. Principal Secretary Labour Sanjay Dubey also gave necessary instructions to the district officials at the video conference.
The Chief Secretary congratulated Chhatarpur Collector Ramesh Bhandari for the settlement of maximum number of cases during the review of revenue cases. Sub-department and tehsil-wise review was conducted of transfer, property distribution, demarcation, improvement of records and diversion cases at the video conference. He instructed to ensure compliance of the time limit as per amendment in the Land Revenue Code.
Discussion was also held on Patwari training, Kharif Girdavari, Crop Insurance and the operation of revenue app and kisan app. Patwaris and Revenue Inspectors were instructed to make maximum use of revenue app.
In relation to the revenue matters, Principal Secretary Revenue Hariranjan Rao and Revenue Commissioner Manish Rastogi also held discussion with the field revenue officials in the video conference and gave necessary instructions.
