FDA formalin test at borders unreliable: Activist

Activist Sanjiv Raiturkar has demanded that the testing of fish should be handed over to Food Safety and Standards Authority of India instead of FDA.He says officials of the Directorate of Food and Drugs Administration are incompetent and the test they conduct at the borders to check for the presence of formalin in fish is unreliable.
