China Launches New Satellite, Will Monitor Marine Waters
A Long March-2C rocket carrying the HY-1C satellite took off at 11.15 a.m. from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Centre in Shanxi province, reports Xinhua news agency.
The satellite will help monitor ocean colour and water temperatures (Representational)
