RAJKOT: An non-resident Gujarati (NRG) was killed when his SUV rammed into the rear of a parked truck on Khambhalia-Jamnagar Road in Devbhoomi Dwarka district on Friday. Deceased as Popat Kanjharia (50), who stayed in Dubai, had come to visit his native in Kalyanpur.
“A dumper and a truck had a head-on collision on Khambhalia-Jamnagar Road on Thursday night. Kanjharia’s brother Shamji, who was driving the SUV, failed to spot the parked truck and rammed into its rear,” said police.
Kanjharia had a
construction company named City Sky in Dubai. He had been living in Dubai for the past 25 years. tnn
