Today, Supreme Court of India delivered a landmark judgement that decriminalizes gay
sex. The much awaited judgement has brought relief to hundreds of LGBTQ
members in the city, who have faced harassment, ridicule and marginalisation from the society. Soon after the judgement, the members of the community took to the streets; they sang, danced and celebrated the verdict that has brought them freedom from social shackles.
