Court Warns Maharashtra Cops For Sharing Sensitive Information With Media
A division bench of Justices SC Dharmadhikari and BP Colabawalla was hearing petitions filed by family members of rationalists Narendra Dabholkar and Govind Pansare.
The high court said by disclosing information to the media, the police were alerting the accused.
