India gay sex ruling: Celebrations after court makes gay sex legal

Members of the LGBTQ community have been reacting to the ruling from India's Supreme Court to make gay sex legal in the country.

The court said discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation was a fundamental violation of rights.

While there's been dancing in the street and loud cheers, some say the next step will be to change the mindset of society as a whole.

Others highlight the realities of being gay in India. One man claimed people had faced blackmailing and extortion over their sexuality.
