Zscaler Inc. ZS, -7.35% shares traded between gains and losses in the extended session Wednesday after the cloud-based cybersecurity company topped Wall Street estimates for the quarter. Zscaler shares were last down 1% after hours, following an initial jump of more than 5%, after closing down 0.4% at $44.07 for the regular session. The company reported a fiscal fourth-quarter loss of $7 million, or 6 cents a share, compared with $15.8 million, or 52 cents a share, in the year-ago period. The adjusted loss was a penny a share. Revenue rose to $56.2 million from $36.5 million in the year-ago period. Analysts surveyed by FactSet had estimated a loss of 5 cents a share on revenue of $50.7 million. Zscaler estimates an adjusted loss of 6 cents to 5 cents a share on revenue of $58 million to $59 million for the first quarter, and an adjusted loss of 13 cents to 12 cents a share on revenue of $250 million to $260 million for the year. Analysts expect a loss of 6 cents a share on revenue of $53.3 million for the first quarter, and a loss of 14 cents a share on revenue of $245.9 million for the year.
