Happy Teachers’ Day: Narendra Modi pays glowing tribute to Dr S Radhakrishnan
Source: TNNLauding the role of teachers in helping improve the quality of education in the country, Prime Minister Narendra Modi released a video to commemorate the 130th birth anniversary of Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. PM Modi heaped praises on Dr Radhakrishnan who was a renowned teacher and academic who served as India’s second President as well. On Tuesday, PM Modi interacted with teachers during the National Award for Teachers event where he encouraged teachers to use digital tools to transform school and its neighbourhoods.
