Russian primary offline oil refining capacity revised up for September MOSCOW: Russian primary offline oil refining capacity in September has been revised up to 2.597 million tonnes from 2.164 million tonnes in the initial plan, energy ministry data showed on Tuesday.

It also showed that plans for primary offline oil refining capacity in October have been revised downwards to 2.364 million tonnes from 2.653 million tonnes in the previous plan.

Russia's second biggest oil producer Lukoil brought forward the start of maintenance of crude distillation unit CDU-5 at its NORSI oil refinery to Sept. 17 from Oct. 1, while its Ukhta oil refinery will halt oil processing this month for two weeks due to planned maintenance, energy ministry said.
