No heavy rain expected today

After heavy rainfall for three consecutive days, there might be a lull in the shower on Tuesday. State Meteorological Centre has forecast light to moderate rain and thundershowers in Uttarakhand on the day. 

The climate of Dehradun city would remain generally to partly cloudy on Tuesday while there is a likelihood of a few spells of light to moderate rain and thundershowers. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 32 degree Celsius and 22 degree Celsius respectively.

The maximum and minimum temperatures recorded in various towns of the State on Monday was 32.4 degree Celsius and 23.4 degree Celsius in Dehradun, 32.2 degree Celsius and 25.4 degree Celsius and Pantnagar, 18.4 degree Celsius and 14.7 degree Celsius in Mukteshwar and 23.2 degree Celsius and 16.6 degree Celsius in New Tehri.
