Woman among 11 arrested for human trafficking

The GRP Bhopal has nabbed 11 persons including a woman of inter-State gang involved in human trafficking. The gang used to kidnap girls and women from Bhopal railway station and others areas and  sold them in Rajasthan.

The SHO GRP Bhopal Hemant Shrivastava said that the during the investigation of a kidnap and selling of a minor girl in Bhilwada Rajasthan Lucky alias Shaheed was traced when he was trying to sell another victim girl trapped by the nexus.

The minor girl who was kidnapped and tried to sell in Rajasthan managed to escape and reported incident with the police in Jawar of Rajasthan where police registered zero FIR case and transferred the case to GRP Bhopal.

The police registered a case under sections 363, 376, 376(I) (J), 370, 370 (A) and 34 of the IPC and Prevention of Atrocities Act and sections 5 and 6 of the POCSO Act and started further investigation

During the investigation GRP Bhopal tracked Lucky while he was trying to sell another girl in Rajasthan and nabbed the gang members including a woman.

The victim in her complaint stated that she was kidnapped by Lucky while she was on her way to Chhindwara and later taken to Rajasthan and was raped.

She managed to escape after she heard the accused of selling her.

The gang members were identified as Lucky, Zahid, Banwari Lal Jain, Yusuf Mewati, Firoz, Mahveer Vaishnav, Brijesh Dangi, Dinesh Ahirwar, Rambabu, Kamal Sen and Kallo Bai.

A reward of Rs  30000 was declared on providing whereabouts of the miscreants involved in human trafficking.
