Third Man Arrested For Allegedly Raping Minor In Moving Car Near Noida

In the absence of a toilet, the girl had gone to a secluded area to relieve herself near Roshanpur village in the district on August 27 when three men allegedly kidnapped her and raped her in a car while driving through the district. They later dumped her near the village, according to the police.
