FALL RIVER — On Aug. 30, state Rep. Carole Fiola, Corrigan Mental Health Center Director Frank O'Reilly, and the Department of Mental Health Services Deputy Commissioner Brooke Doyle celebrated the 50th anniversary of Corrigan Mental Health Center.
