Class-XI student pens book on cricketer Rohit

A book titled ‘Rohit man of masterclass 2.0,’ biography of ace cricketer Rohit Sharma, written by a 17-year-old boy of Rourkela city was inaugurated here on the occasion of the National Sports Day by the Rourkela Sports Association.

Former Minister and Chairman of Rourkela Development Authority Sharada Prasad Nayak inaugurated the book, which has been published by Power Publisher Pvt Ltd. Kolkata, and is available for sale in all leading online marketing companies like Flipkart and Amazon etc.

Before the official inauguration of the book, an audio visual presentation about the background and importance of the book was presented to the audience, which had received wide appreciation.

Writer of the book Abhinav Lall, his father Pankaj Lall, mother Neeta Lall and Mihir Ray, president, Rourkela Sports Association were present.

Abhinav said that the book is all about the struggle and success of Rohit Sharma. “My book on Rohit Sharma narrates the struggle, hard work and sacrifice of Rohit in his road to success,” said Lall, adding, “I am confident the life story of Rohit will inspire hundreds of youths of our country and be instrumental to achieve success in their life.”

Abhinav is presently studying in class XI. His interest in cricket promoted him to write the biography of the cricketer Sharma.
