My next move soon: Baijayant

Former Kendrapada MP Baijayant Panda, who has been dismissed from the BJD, on Monday said he would take a decision on his next political move soon.

During a visit to Mahanga, Panda said, “Not only Mahanga or Kendrapada, I want to do something for the people of whole Odisha.”

While responding to a media query whether he would remain in active politics, Panda said, “Everybody knows under what circumstances I left the party (BJD). I will take an appropriate decision soon.”

“I am seeking suggestions from people. Many are also motivating me to start something new. I am applying my mind and will take a decision soon,” he said.

Panda further stated, “Politics is not the only way to serve people. I have worked hard for the people in the past two decades. I want to serve people; and if politics is the better way to do so then I will definitely do that.”
