CEO Timothy Whall will step down in November; the company’s president, Jim DeVries, will take over role

ADT Inc.’s chief executive plans on retiring less than a year after the security company completed its initial public offering.

CEO Timothy Whall will step down from the top position at ADT on November 30 and will be replaced by the company’s current president, Jim DeVries, the company said in a statement.
