16-Year-Old, Allegedly Caught Trying To Steal, Beaten To Death In Delhi
The boy had entered a house to steal valuables, but was caught by the owner, says police. Three have been arrested while three others are absconding.
After being caught by the owner, the boy was beaten to death by locals.
