GATE 2019: Application process starts

The application process for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) began on Friday evening. The process and forms can be found on the site http://gate.iitm.ac.in/index. The interested applicants can fill up the forms using the GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS). GATE is an examination for engineering, architecture and technology at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. GATE 2019 will be conducted for 24 subjects and the exams will be spread over 2nd, 3rd, 9th & 10th of February 2019. The examination centres are spread all over India as well as 6 cities outside India. The exam is purely computer based and the results are valid for 3 years from the date of announcement of results.
