Plantation drive by Inner Wheel Club

With an objective to contribute in preserving and promoting the environment, Inner Wheel Club Jamshedpur Zest embarked on a tree plantation and conservation drive in which 30 saplings were planted at Rajkiyakrit Oriya Madhya Vidhyalaya, Adityapur.

The plantation drive will continue throughout the year around to foster a culture of responsibility towards nature among students. In schools where the trees were planted, two students adopted one tree for conservation. They will take care of it during their stay in school and pass the responsibility to new students when they leave school. School management, teachers and Zest's members participated actively in the event and contributed by pit diggings. IWC Zest's president Nisha gadia and editor Preeti Khara were present on the occasion.
