The deceased was identified as Sivadas, hailing from Palakkad in Kerala, who worked as a tea master in a hotel at Kuniyamuthur here. Sivadas reportedly fell down from the second building when he was talking over mobile phone, said the police.

Neighbours, who saw Sivadas fall from the second floor of the building, rushed him to the government hospital here, however, he died without responding to treatment, police added.
