A journalist was robbed of her bag by unidentified bike-borne men near ITO on Thursday afternoon, the police said.
Simontini Bhattacharjee, was on her way to a press meet when the accused snatched her bag. She had a debit card, pan card, credit card and other relevant documents in it, the police said.
While resisting the attack, the victim received minor injuries on her hand.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Central) Mandeep Singh Randhawa said, “We are trying to recover the bag and arrest the accused at the earliest.”
