Chennai: Alleging that the tender for e-governance and designing an App for smart cities project was awarded to a metal sheet producing company following the intervention of Velumani, Stalin claimed that IAS officer Chandrakant Kamble was shunted out of the chairman and Managing director of TUFIDCO (Tamil Nadu Urban Finance and Infrastructure Development corporation) and Chennai city corporation commissioner Karthikeyan was made in charge of the same. He asserted that the minister had abused his office.
