At the 2018 Asian Games, the Indian men's hockey team, a bunch of fun-loving champions, will be as disciplined as an army because of coach Harendra Singh and analytical coach Chris Ciriello's ways.

The Indian team will look to enter their 13th final when they take on Malaysia in the last four of the Asian Games 2018 in Jakarta, on Thursday.

Table tennis: India’s Mouma Das is really struggling in her Round of 32 game against Chinese Taipei’s  Szuyu Chen. She trails 0-3 after losing the third game 6-11. All this in just 18 minutes.

Table Tennis: India’s Mouma Das has begun her campaign in the singles round against Chinese Taipei’s Szuyu Chen and has lost the first two games 6-11, 5-11 in the round of 32. She must win the third to stay in the competition.

Table tennis: The individual events have begun today and the Indian paddlers will begin their campaign with Mouma Das taking on Szuyu Chen from Chinese Taipei in the Round of 32. After that, Sharath Achanta Kamal will be up against Pakistan's Muhammad Asim Qureshi in the Round of 32. Later in the evening Manika Batra will take on Thailand's Nanthana Komwong in the Round of 32 before G Sathiyan rounds up the day for India in the same round.  

Squash: In a short while from now, India's women's team will be up against Hong Kong in their Group B match.

Cycling: The tempo race of the men’s omnium event has begun and India are represented by Manjeet Singh. In this race, which is over 10km, there is a sprint on every lap after the first four with the first rider crossing the line winning one point. Any rider who gains a lap on the field is awarded 20 points, while losing a lap means 20 points are deducted.
