There aren't many women in motorsport but those that compete can change oil, develop cars and race them as well as any male competitor, says former racing driver Susie Wolff in a new video series called 'Don't Call Me Bossy'.

The truth is that most motorsport events is primarily male dominated, limiting the participation of women in many disciplines.

The fact is that there many women out there who are at home in the fast lane and Susie is proof of that with her contribution in the racing circuit.

Claire Williams, team boss at the Formula 1 team Williams, is also another female showcasing her talent.
