The Delhi Traffic Police issued notices to several SUV car owners for dangerous driving after DGP Goa posted a video on social media on Wednesday.

In the video, a group of DU students were seen hanging out of the window of SUV cars while campaigning for the DUSU elections. Several students were even seen riding on roof of the cars.
The youths were seen shouting slogans sitting on the window sills with their torsos outside the vehicle, which is seen dangerously meandering through the traffic.
A hunt has been launched to identify the vehicle, whose driver will be arrested for dangerous driving.
The youths were spotted near the Lodhi Road-Aurobindo Marg crossing on Wednesday morning.
Delhi Traffic Police said that a probe has been initiated as per Section 184 of the MV Act.
The video is being scanned to identify the culprits. Notices have been issued to three car owners so far.
