The World University of Design (WUD) organised a two-day orientation programme cum welcome ceremony with traditional fervour and gusto to induct the new batch of student Eminent personalities from the fashion, design, architecture and communication space came in as keynote speakers and gave inspiring insights on their professional journey.

In his keynote address Anuj Prasad, founder-director & CEO of Desmania Design led the students through 27 years of his journey as a design entrepreneur. He illustrated his engaging talk with examples from his products and project portfolio.

The students attended engaging programmes during the session, made introductions with fellow students, explored the sprawling campus and its various facilities before settling into campus boarding. With a unique curriculum and quality trans-disciplinary education, the university aspires to encourage creativity, innovation, academic excellence and industry preparedness setting the tone towards laying a well-rounded design foundation.

The university also offers creative and comprehensive course catalogue with 24 specialised UG and PG programmes in Fashion, Communication, Visual Arts, Design & Retail Management, Professional Automotive Modelling and Architecture.

The university also provides international exposure and has announced strategic partnerships with the UK, Canada and France.
