Link officers appointed by State Administration

In order to streamline work and ensure that absence of officers does not act as a hindrance in routine works, the state administration on Tuesday has appointed link officers of senior officials of state secretariat. The link officers would oversee the work of the officers when they are either on leave or are on official tour.

Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Ranvir Singh and ACS, Om Prakash would act as link officers of one another while Principal Secretary ( PS) Manisha Panwar would be the link officer of ACS Radha Raturi. PS Anand Vardhan would oversee the works of department allocated to PS Manisha Panwar in her absence.

Panwar would be the link officer of PS Anand Vardhan while Secretary Vinod Kumar Raturi would be the link officer of Secretary Bhupinder Kaur Aulakh. Secretaries R K Sudhanshu and Shailesh Bagoli would act as link officers of one another. ACS Radha Raturi would oversee the work of Secretary Amit Singh Negi in his absence. Similarly Secretary R K Sinha would be the link officer of Secretary R Meenakshi Sundaram while Secretary Radhika Jha would be the link officer of Secretary D Senthil Pandian. Secretary Shailesh Bagoli would dispose of the work assigned to Secretary Nitesh Kumar Jha in his absence while Secretary Amit Negi would act as reliever Radhika Jha. Secretary Aulakh would be the link officer of Secretary V K Dhaundiyal while secretary Indudhar would be the link officer of Secretary H S Chug. Secretaries A S Hyanki and Dilip Javalkar would act as link officers to one another while Javalkar would also be the link officer of Secretary Saujanya. Similarly Secretary Ashok Kumar would be the link officer of Secretary Ranjit Kumar Sinha and H S Chug would act as reliever of Indudhar.  Secretary D Senthil Pandian would be the link officer of Vinod Kumar Raturi while Pankaj Pandey would oversee the departments assigned to Secretary Ashok Kumar in his absence.
