PALANPUR: An Ambaji-bound Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) bus from Ahmedabad veered off the road and into a pit near Hadad on the Khedbrahma-Ambaji highway on Tuesday.
The driver lost control while negotiating a curve and could bring the bus to a stop only after hitting an electric pole. The district administration had to make alternative arrangements to send the 45 passengers to Ambaji. None of the passengers were injured.

Police inspector at Ambaji, Khodbhai Chaudhary said, “The reason for the accident is not known. However, all 45 persons travelling on the bus are safe.” tnn
