Raksha Bandhan may be over for most of us but actor Aishwarya Rai Bachchan shared a moment from her celebration with daughter Aaradhya Bachchan and it has won our hearts. On Tuesday morning, Aishwarya took to Instagram to share photos from Raksha Bandhan celebrations from the Rai household.

It appears Aardhya tied the sacred rakhi thread to mother Aishwarya and grandmother Vrinda Rai while the Bollywood actor did likewise for her daughter. “THE BEST LOVE-bandhan of ALL. Thank you my DARLING AARADHYA from Mom n Me, LOVE YOU ETERNALLY,” Aishwarya wrote. She shared two more photos – while one features Aaradhya with her grandmother, the other one had all three smiling at the camera.

Earlier, on Monday, a photo was shared by Shrima Rai, sister-in-law of Aishwarya, where Aaradhya was seen celebrating Raksha Bandhan with her cousins. While Aaradhya could be seen feeding her cousin a sweet with the younger brother looking on. Standing next to them was Shrima while Aaradhya was seated on her mother’s lap. Aishwarya has a ‘puja thali’ in her hand.

Aaradhya wore a bright orange and yellow salwar kameez while her mother was dressed in a cream-coloured salwar kameez. The two boys too are in the celebratory mood in bright-coloured kurta pyajamas.

While Aaradhya celebrated Raksha Bandhan with Aishwarya’s nephews, back home daddy Abhishek Bachchan was seen with her elder sister, Shweta Bachchan. She also shared a photo of her children Agastya and Navya Naveli Nanda celebrating the festival together.
